Why did I choose this character:

I like very much 80's magical girl series and Pelsha is one of my favourite after Creamy.
I love her cute 80's dress and her long tourquoise hair! *_* And her wand too, so full of colors!!!

Making off:

The construction of this cute 80's fuku has been nothing special since it's just a little round skirt with a sailor shirt, but finding coral pink cotton has been very hard and also making the collar because it's a sailor collar with a strange shape, round on the back. The costume is composed by a red cotton round mini skirt and a cotton coral pink shirt with a white cotton round sailor collar trimmed with red satin ribbon. The heart brooch onto the shirt is made with an eye shadow plastic case painted white and pink and the two star pendants are made with two little plastic stars painted yellow with a cord hot glued at the brooch. For the shoes I bought a pair of cheap flats at the market and painted them red, then I hot glued a cotton tie with velcro. To complete the costume I also made magical wand and haedband. The wand was a very hard work! ~_~ Maybe the most difficult part of the entire costume and is made with a wooden stick with a styrofoam circle. The part in the middle of the circle, the four buttons on the styrofoam circle and the blue parts on top of the tips of the stick are made with plaster, the two red balls are made with wooden balls painted red and the little glowing stars who decorate the wand are made with metallic athesive paper. The headband is a plastic one painted yellow with the four star attached which are not a one piece but slides one over each other made with a metal sheet cutted and painted!
