Why did I choose this character:

Ranma has always been one of my favourite anime series ever and together with City Hunter is my second favourite TV show after Dragonball-Z-GT and Ranma chan is my favourite character, so I couldn't not do a cosplay from this series!!!


Making off:

First of all absolutely the most comfortable costume I ever put on!!! Kung fu clothes are so damned comfortable that I would like to wear them every day!!! *_* Plus they are very easy to make too!!!
So, the costume is composed by kung fu style pants that I sewed by myself using the same pattern I used for the light blue pants I made for my yellow Chichi outfit and they are made with a sinthetic fabric that I don't know what the hell is, but I saw this fabric at the store, liked it and so picked it up and it is so well perfect for Ranma pants!!! Light, comfortable, and smooth but not shiny! So what can I ask more!? *_*
Then the chinese style red jacket is made out with white cotton dyed red (since I haven't found any red cotton gosh! >_<) and is double layer with the inner part white, like Ranma has in the series, plus I made it two sizes bigger then mine to recreate the effect of a girl wearing male clothes. Frog buttons are made with a yellow string and I copied them from a chinese blouse I have.
The belt is a string made with a piece of black satin and the shoes is a pair of slippers I bought.
T he wig is a red wig styled with a braid with wireframe inside to make the braid up and tied with a black thin string (the Dragon's Whisker XD). For the bang I tryied to do the best I could but hairs were few so It came out not so puffy like Ranma ones. :(
